{"id":143,"date":"2021-03-10T16:20:06","date_gmt":"2021-03-10T16:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agricultural-voices.sussex.ac.uk\/?p=143"},"modified":"2021-10-14T10:59:18","modified_gmt":"2021-10-14T09:59:18","slug":"launch-of-training-sessions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agricultural-voices.sussex.ac.uk\/?p=143","title":{"rendered":"Launch of training sessions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We are pleased to report that the Agricultural Voices Syria training sessions have begun. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>So far, Martin Spinelli has delivered an introductory session on podcasting, outlining the history of the medium and clarifying what separates it from other broadcasting forms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amy Zamarippa Solis has delivered a session on podcast marketing, explaining the techniques that podcast creators use to promote their podcast on social media and attract listeners to their podcast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, Nikoline Gjoertz has started the training sessions on the equipment the academics are using to record their podcasts, explaining the technical requirements needed to maintain a good output. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These training sessions are part of the second phase of the project, you can read more about the other phases<a href=\"https:\/\/agricultural-voices.sussex.ac.uk\/?page_id=13\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"13\"> here.<\/a> There are still a few training sessions to be delivered before the creation of the podcast series can begin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside this, you may have noticed a couple of changes to our website.
